The factory was established in 2002, initially focusing on small injection molding machines. Over time, it gradually developed into Jinhe Plastic Products Co., Ltd. In 2013, the factory standardized its operating procedures and obtained ISO 9001 certification. In 2019, it invested in research and development of new technologies, successfully achieving automated overmolding and two-color injection molding technology, and obtained the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certification.
In 2013, the factory established a partnership with the internationally renowned company TTI to jointly develop new products and expand market share. In 2022, it entered the Vietnamese market and established a branch in Vietnam. The factory covers an area of approximately 13,000 square meters, consisting of four factory buildings with spacious production areas and an advanced logistics system, located 50 km from Ho Chi Minh City.
Currently, the factory has 36 injection molding machines (with a planned expansion to 80), more than 200 sets of molds, and a three-dimensional measurement laboratory. It is also equipped with three large warehouses and an efficient logistics and distribution fleet to ensure the timely flow of raw materials and finished products.

In terms of energy-saving and environmental protection, the A5 is equipped with a third-generation servo system, optimizes hydraulic design and friction control, achieving a 5% improvement in energy-saving effects compared to second-generation servo injection molding machines. In terms of humanized design, the A5 simplifies operations, such as rotating computer hanging boxes and easily adjusting nozzle guards, improving comfort, reducing labor intensity, and optimizing maintenance convenience. In terms of information integration, the A5 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi interfaces, enabling ERP system data docking, remote monitoring, and cloud database services, enhancing production management efficiency.
